While on vacation, we encountered a problem. I was able to reach Nick immediately, and he sprung into action. He assured me he would address it, and in a matter of hours it was resolved. I appreciated that, although not his fault, he quickly addressed our concern and encouraged us to focus on the vacation rather than the issue.
