Thanks for all your efforts with Brian’s recent trip……..you were always there to answer questions and arranged train and hotel very well…..when Ida hit, you were able to get the train rerouted and the itinerary faxed to his hotel……( after two hours on hold) We will definitely use Minucci Travel if we ever do travel again.
